Tehnopol team is divided into three units according to our fields of activities: Business development and Marketing unit is responsible for providing business services to tenant companies (including business setup and startup services) and coordinating the marketing and PR activities. Real estate and infrastructure unit is developing and maintaining the facilities. Administration unit is responsible for financial management and book keeping.

Tehnopol is managed and represented by the Executive Board that is organizing the everyday activities of the Foundation (incl. the choice of tenant companies of Tehnopol).

The strategic management body of Tehnopol is the Supervisory Board who plans the activities of the Foundation, organizes its management and carries out supervision over its activities. The Supervisory Board endorses the development strategy of Tehnopol, annual action plans, budgets and the performance reports. The Supervisory Board consists of 8 members - 4 representatives of the state (appointed by the Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications, 2 representatives proposed by the Minister of Education and Research), 2 representatives of the City of Tallinn and 2 representatives of Tallinn University of Technology.
