Tallinn Technology Park Tehnopol is located in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. Technology Park is situated close to city centre combining Tallinn University of Technology, IT College, different research institutes, student's hostels, leisure time and sports facilities.
Tehnopol has a territory of 9.5 hectares and about 36.000 sq m of rental space, incl. 2.000 sq m incubator. The park is constantly developing. During the next few years at least two new building will be opened (a technomedicum and a mehatronics building) having altogether up to 20.000 sq m of rental space. The total size of future Tehnopol Technology Park will be estimated about 120.000 sq m of space. Tehnopol will be created to be an attractive and open minded business environment with a large range of services and suitable business facilityes.
