The seminar is divided into two parts whereas:

• the first part gives an overview on cultural and legal background, a comparison of Danish and Estonian legal entities, and practical tips on how to avoid misunderstandings;
• the second part of the seminar is based on a practical example of how to start and expand your business in Estonia by acquisition of companies - how to find suitable companies, critical areas to pay attention to, and how to manage the company after the acquisition process.
