Garage48 invites designers and programmers to build up new services

On the 16-18 of April 2010 new business ideas are brought to life during the first Garage48 event in Estonia.
Garage48 is the boot-camp initiative to build new services in just 48 hours taking place in Tallinn, Estonia. It's a long weekend 16-18 of April, starting in Friday evening with presenting ideas and peaking with the new product demos on Sunday evening.
Event will take place in Tallinn, at Estonian IT College. It is primarily doing-by-learning exercise by ad-hoc teams to develop a business idea into a working product or service. Potential ideas could be various web services, mobile applications or any other type of concepts that could be built within 48 hours.
Garage48 expects:
- Visionary entrepreneurs and project managers - people with ability to start new business ideas, run teams and deliver results
- Designers - mavericks creating visual identity and user interfaces
- Web Developers - HTML/CSS/AJAX/JS wizards making the design work smoothly in all web browsers
- Programmers - planning technical architecture, writing functional code and testing the outcome
- Mobile Developers - building apps for mobile platforms
- Marketers and business developers - evangelists and sales wizards making the products fly and reach the audience
