Tehnopol UK Mission 2012

• Dec 2011 - Gathering of interested companies and identification of their interests by Tehnopol
• January 19, 3-5 p.m. - webinar on B2B marketing in the UK for tech companies - Marc Duke
• January 20-30 - skype or phone meetings with the UK experts who could give initial sector based feedback
• January 31, 10-12 - a club with the Estonian Ambassador in the UK at Tehnopol
• February-March - 1-2-1 meetings arrangement by the UK partners of Tehnopol in close cooperation with the companies going to the mission
• The business mission - March 28-29/30 or April 12-13/14 (London, Cambridge, Manchester) - the final dates will be agreed at the beginning of January and all participants can decide by themselves if they take all three cities or one or two of them. The programme will contain mostly personal b2b meetings but also networking events and joint visits according to the needs and wishes of the participating companies

Participation fee and conditions:

• Fee for the arrangement of the whole programme, incl events, b2b meetings, joint meetings, moderating the mission - Tehnopol client companies with service agreement- 890€+VAT per company; others 1040€+VAT. The fee is charged in two parts: 10% by January 10 to start active presentation and take the commitments from both sides and 90% while 3 b2b meetings have been agreed for the company, at least 2 of them in one city. The aim is to get at least 3 personal meetings per day per company.
• In addition companies need to cover their own travelling and accommodation costs, that could be in maximum version up to 900€ per person, incl 3 nights accommodation and daily allowance. Each company can choose the flight and hotel by himself, Tehnopol will help also with options.
