This Coffee Morning takes place on Wednesday, the 19th of April and will be dedicated to anyone interested in finding out more about hiring foreign talent. Either by relocating the talent using the Startup visa opportunity or by finding and working with talent using online resources.

Killu Vantsi from Ministry of Interior will offer a practical and useful overview of the Startup visa opportunity. Why is it convenient? Who benefits from it? What are its practical implications and much more.

Next up Ott Marten Lunge from Elleday will share his experience of working with a developer from Siberia, who he has never met. How is it working out for them?

Souhaib Oueslati is a development engineer, who moved to Tallinn from Tunisia to work at crystalsol. He shares his thoughts on what was it like to relocate to Estonia. His experience should hopefully help to stir ideas for everyone on how to make this major life change into a smoother process.

Elina Tasa is the HR manager at cystalsol and she will share the pain and gain experience from the employers point of view. She will share her experience about recruiting and relocating talents from abroad to Estonia and how the whole process just got a lot easier thanks to the new startup visa program.
