Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol and Gateway&Partners present: How to enter foreign markets with your IT services?
During our morning coffee we will discuss how to select and research potential markets for IT services? How to choose a market entry strategy? How to find cooperation partners and clients for IT services in foreign markets?
We will introduce you to 2 Estonian IT products and services selling case stories. They will share their experiences of choosing and entering new markets.
- Madis Sassiad from Goswift
Madis will share their experiences in developing their queue management system in accordance of Kenyan, Malaysian, South-European, Finnish and other market expectations. Queue Management Service has been implemented internationally to queue vehicles at border crossings since 2011. It has gained several awards, for example The International Transport Forum at the OECD awarded GoSwift with the Transport Achievement Award 2015, for improving trade and tourism. Besides that Madis is also the lead of ITS Estonia and is currently working on developing spin-off as well.
Eero is involved with Uptime since 1997 and has been managing the company from 2000. Since then, Uptime has become international while growing from a couple of employees to now engaging over 100 top specialists. Eero is responsible for partner relations and general management of the Group. He is also the biggest shareholder. Today Uptime today employs over 100 top specialists with high cross-industry competence, their offices are in Estonia, Norway, Denmark, and Switzerland. The company recently entered the North Macedonian market.
