GuestJoy partners with TripAdvisor to help hotels collect more reviews
Tehnopol Startup Incubator portfolio company GuestJoy, the leading provider of hotel CRM solution, is now Review Collection Partner of TripAdvisor. Tripadvisor is the world’s largest travel site providing reviews of travel-related content.
Now all hotel guests can submit Tripadvisor reviews straight from Guestjoy. This means survey form will be shorter and the entire experience will be easier for guests. Over time, hotels will have more reviews which will effect to higher score and better rating on TripAdvisor.
GuestJoy’s Guest Review Solution is suitable for all hotels to collect guest feedback and increase number of reviews on TripAdvisor. Currently, we send out more than 15,000 post stay emails per month to international hotel guests worldwide.
