Through this program, companies can engage in free international trainings and mentoring sessions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The practical training program\u2019s core topics encompass the establishment of a successful growth-oriented company, the development of export-oriented processes and strategies, attracting investments, market analysis, and more. Personalized mentoring is offered to each participating company. Additionally, companies can gain insights into the Estonian, Finnish, and Swedish target markets, connecting with potential customers, investors, and other members of the ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program is open to companies from Finland, Estonia, and Sweden that have been operational for fewer than seven years.
