Lacinai focuses on one of the most important aspects of collaboration \u2013 people-to-people cooperation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lacinai is valued for his energetic and clear performances. His speeches offer inspiration and practical advice how to create better cooperation relations, how to be present for your employees and clients and improve the collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before becoming an inspirational speaker, Lacinai worked in the field of IT and telecom on various positions.
