One of the keys to its development is the fact that Estonia created\u00a0an open and decentralised system that connects services and databases with each other.<\/p>\n<p>European healthcare IT leaders and professionals will gather in\u00a0Tallinn\u00a0from\u00a016-18 October 2017. The conference \u2018Health in the Digital Society. Digital Society for Health\u2019\u00a0is organised by the Estonian Ministry of Social Affairs as part of Estonia\u2019s Presidency of the Council of the European Union, ECHAlliance and HIMSS Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The high-level conference will address how digital technologies and the wider use of health data are changing our lives and the ways of healthcare.
