On the 2nd of March at Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol was held an International Coaching Day and Networking Night vol 20, where we recognized our two startups- Tebo and Capster for finishing the Startup Incubator programme successfully!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The day started with International Coaching Day for the growing companies in the programme. We had well known business coaches and experts on ICT and healthtech field from several countries. Startups had an opportunity to present their idea in front of top-notch mentors, coaches and investors. Pitching sessions followed with one-on-one meetings where they all got personal advice and valuable feedback to help their business grow. \u00a0<\/p>\n

In the evening it was time to meet and mingle at the legendary Startup Incubator Networking Night vol 20. This time we talked about hiring- how to set up the best team as an early stage startup and how to find the right people when your company is already scaling. We had great speakers Juha Ruohonen from Superhero Capital, Martin Henk from Pipedrive<\/strong> and Piret Luts from Wisemedia<\/strong> who shared their experiences and secrets how to hire the smart way.<\/p>\n

Two startups received the Startup Incubator Hockey Stick, which resembles their growth in Tehnopol Startup Incubator and finishing the program successfully.<\/p>\n
