The aim of this was to set the basis for developing cross-border e-services\u2019 show-cases in the near future. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The objective of the training sessions was for the partners to acquire similar methodological basis for developing cross-border services\u2019 show-cases. With the help of the strategic design agency Velvet, project partners and involved experts in the field looked at how to analyze the current situation and find the main \u2018pain points\u2019 but also how to develop new solutions taking into account the users\u2019 point-of-view.<\/p>\n<p>Beforehand, the project partners had chosen 4 services to focus on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cross-border eCMR \u2013 paperless consignment notes in road transport<\/li>\n<li>Cross-border business registration with Integrated eIDAS Framework<\/li>\n<li>Cross border remote Know-Your-Customer (KYC) processes \u00a0\u2013 Financial sector<\/li>\n<li>Cross-border eReceipt application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With the guidance of Foundation Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol mentor, the work will continue in groups focused around the 4 show-case services. Experts in the field from both private and public sector will be included in the process. The descriptions of the show-cases and feasibility studies will be conducted in spring 2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>About the project<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>DIGINNO\u2019s (Digital Innovation Network) objective is to advance the digital economy and to speed up the process of moving towards the Digital Single Market in the Baltic Sea Region. The project aims to increase the capacity of policymakers, industry associations and industrial SMEs to enable faster and more efficient uptake of digital solutions both in public and private sector.\u00a0The focus specifically is on promoting uptake of ICT in the business sector, developing innovative and interoperable digital public services and facilitating Digital Single Market related policy discussions on the Baltic Sea Region level.<\/p>\n<p>One of the main focus points\u2019 of DIGINNO project is to increase the capacity and raise awareness of public institutions, organizations and businesses in developing G2B digital cross-border (CB) services, promote transnational collaboration by building G2B services digitalization network and community, raising knowledge and awareness of success cases, developed show-cases, opportunities and benefits.
