New methodologies for interpreting the customer will be introduced and tools for capturing customer needs will be provided.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>During this workshop, you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>learn best practice for conducting interviews and receive customer inputs<\/li>\n<li>learn how to structure this input into jobs-to-be-done to identify opportunities<\/li>\n<li>have the tools to independently assess and structure customer input<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The workshop is free of charge, however, registration is required.
