
Tehnopol whistleblowing channel
The European Union’s Whistleblower Protection Act for reporting breaches of the law at work came into force on 1 September 2024. It applies to all government authorities, state institutions and constitutional institutions with more than 50 employees.
We place high value on ethical standards and always abide by all laws and regulations. For this reason, our internal controls and work processes are designed to prevent and detect misconduct and fraud. Our employees, clients and cooperation partners can report any suspicious or unethical conduct they notice in our activities or services.
Whistleblowing lets concerns be shared confidentially when something inappropriate has been observed. This helps us identify risks at an early stage and maintain our high ethical standards, so ensuring trust between all parties.
When should the whistleblowing channel be used?
The whistleblowing channel is intended solely for reporting suspected or actual breaches of the rules and should not be used for submitting customer complaints or resolving issues related to personal disputes. All reports must be submitted in good faith.
Please inform us of any suspected misconduct, such as human rights violations, or unacceptable activity involving fraudulent, inappropriate, dishonest, illegal or negligent actions or behaviour. A more detailed list can be found in the whistleblower legislation.
How to report possible misconduct non-anonymously
If you send a non-anonymous report, you will receive a confirmation email within seven calendar days, and we may contact you for additional information if we need to.
How to report possible misconduct anonymously
If you send an anonymous report, it is not possible for us to identify your address, or to hold any discussion with you or confirm that we have received the report. The identity of the whistleblower remains anonymous and it is not possible for anyone to know who they are or to contact them.
Please note that you must make sure that your email signature has been removed if you write to the anonymous email address. Otherwise we cannot guarantee anonymity.
All reports and messages received through the whistleblowing channel are processed confidentially.
