Ajujaht TOP 30 participant Infinder is helping to connect interns with the right companies

Infinder is solving the problem that internship offers and requests are spread out everywhere and it is time-consuming and difficult to find the right intern.

Infinder launches their new and improved platform on the first week of March, but in the meantime they are eager to add awesome and innovative companies from Tehnopol to their list of companies in search for future employees.

Infinder’s CEO Teele Karro says that when entering an internship offer on their website, a company must think about three aspects: the field of internship, the city (and possibility for remote work) and the skills needed. The company can also add further information about themselves, the internship and the beginning and length of it.

Thanks to the internship, entrepreneurs can get to know a potential employee earlier and see his or her strengths, weaknesses and personal qualities in more detail. Based on this, you can select talents that match the culture and values of your organization. “We help to find the right intern for the company’s needs, who will help bring new insight to the company and see some of the problems differently,” explains Karro.

“This topic is also important in the current crisis because internships still have to be completed and finding the right place is difficult. In the Infinder test version, the possibility of remote internships turned out to be popular. We encourage companies and start-ups to use it,” adds Karro.
