Tehnopol Startup Incubator at CUBE Tech Fair

On the 15-16 of May at CUBE Tech Fair in Berlin, Access2Europe project partners rewrote the rules of matchmaking.

According to the project, Tehnopol Startup Incubator’s team did not only represent the science park but became Estonia’s ambassadors. From traditional e-residency questions to more specific incubation details, we received some attention both from German as well as South American startups.

Prior to the Tech Fair, Tehnopol Startup Incubator’s Manager Martin Goroško attended Tech Fair’s CEO Dinner that gathered both the big industry players as well as the companies.

“Even as a supporting organisation, I’m always glad to see that these networking events eliminate the middle-man and startups are able to get in direct contact with their most important client so far,” Goroško said.

For Tehnopol, Tech Fair provides a good opportunity to introduce the Access2Europe program that connects startup hubs from all over Europe. Community Manager Triin Ilves noted that the visibility as well as the actual applications to the program rise immediately.

“Just in the next two hours after our panel, we received 3 new applications to the program – people had time to apply even at the conference,” she said.
