Come and find a partner with whom to participate in international procurements

The INGO project is pleased to invite you to a match-making and consortium building event in Stockholm, Sweden.

On October 1, we start with a light-hearted company match-mingling where you have the opportunity to mingle and create business with the companies in INGO’s network from Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Sweden. If you want, you are welcome to join us for a dinner at the World Trade Center facility near Stockholm’s central station.

On the second day, October 2, we dive into an exciting day learning about consortium building for the NGO market. We will get to listen to knowledgeable speakers on the subject and after this we will gather in roundtable discussions suitable for your company.To proceed, we need your expression of interest (below). When you follow the link, you will be able to make a selection on which team you want to join for the roundtable discussion.

Additional info and venues:

• Company match-making event on October 1st will take take place at the premises of the project partner RISE Research Institute of Sweden.
• Dinner on October 1st will take place at the World Trade Center restaurant.
• Consortia building event on October 2nd will take place at the World Trade Center conference facility.

Costs covered by the project:

• Conference fee
• Coffee and snacks on the 1st of October
• Lunch, coffee and snacks on the 2nd of October

Costs covered by each participant:

• Travel costs
• Hotel cost
• The optional dinner on the 1st of October
• All other related costs

Promoting exports to International NGOs (INGOs) project will inform and mentor companies in how to effectively enter internation procurements. You can join the INGO project at any time until the end of the project in September 2026.
