It is a pleasure to let you know that the registering to the ITS World Congress in Copenhagen on 17-21 September is now open.   

The Congress provides an ideal opportunity for all intelligent transportation stakeholders all over the world to come together, discuss and make the necessary contacts to move initiatives forward and to develop their business by exhibiting and demonstrating state of the art ITS solutions.   

The ITS Congresses consists of three main areas:

• Congress programme sessions and presentations of the latest developments in ITS
• Demonstrations – showcases of current ITS technology being developed and deployed throughout the world)
• Exhibition – exhibition booths and dedicated sessions/events

During the congress a separate session about Nordic development called Nordic Stream takes place and there are possibilities for Estonian companies also to present their solutions to urban mobility problems on stage. 

There is a possibility also for a VIPs from Estonia to participate (and possibly make a presentation) in the Ministers/Mayors session. 

Through ITS Nationals network ITS Estonia can organize different kind of additional events/meeting with other parties all over the world. Just contact with ITS Estonia network coordinaator Maarja Rannama as soon as possible.  

REGISTERING: if the delegation from Estonia is big enough and if they register as a group through ITS Estonia, then it is possible to get a small discount of the participation fees (5-10%). For that please let Maarja know by 5th of April maarja.rannama@itl.ee and she will register everyone by herself as a group.    

ACCOMODATION: since during big events the accommodation opportunities in Copenhagen tend to become very limited, then they are planning to pre-book some rooms soon. More info will be sent as soon as possible to the interested parties.
