Open Seminar: Challenges facing creative industries

Open Seminar with Fashion Tech speaker Ricardo O’Nascimento (Brazil) is going to take place on the 6th of June at Moelava in Baltika Quarter (Veerenni 24). Seminar is moderated by CEO of Tehnopol Jaak Raie.

Wearable technology can be used to create new experiences and engage people. Wearables are transforming the way we communicate. Clothes are becoming a key interface for graphic and kinetic expression and conforming to our moods and feelings – they become intelligent. In the seminar they speak about challenges facing creative industries and how future technologies will shape creative industries.

Ricardo is a fusionist designer investigating body-environment relations focused on interface development for worn devices, interactive installations, and hybrid environments. He is interested in a nondisciplinary approach to create new means of communication among living beings and experiences that challenge and enhance human perception.
