A new 8-storey business building is under construction in Tehnopol

We are delighted to announce that the two-year construction phase of a new office building has started in Tehnopol! The tenants of the building, which will be completed in 2022, will mainly be technology organisations and companies. While construction of new buildings has generally declined due to the COVID-19 crisis, work is under way for a strong expansion in Tehnopol science and business park. Astlanda Ehitus has started the construction of an 8-storey building, which will become the largest office building in Tehnopol. The architect of the new building is Mattias Agabus.

The new building, which will bear the address Mäealuse 2-4, will feature 12,000 m2 of office space and parking spaces for 600 cars. The building meets the latest technological requirements and is rated with quality class “A”. The building can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Tarmo Loog, Tehnopol’s development and real estate manager, finds that the new office building enriches the park’s environment: “Construction of the new building expands the opportunities for both existing and new customers to be in a business environment where, from the combination of science and business, innovative solutions are created.” Loog adds that Tehnopol’s public services are planned into the building, as the house is located on the central promenade passing through the park.
