Entrepreneurship program for female war refugees is starting!

The comprehensive entrepreneurship program created by the BSI_4Women project helps women who have fled war zones develop their ideas into full-scale business models. The program consists of two parts – pre-incubation and a 6-month incubation program – and offers individual mentorship, training, and access to an international network.

The pre-incubation takes place on August 27-28 in Tallinn and is free for all participants. The primary working language of the pre-incubator is English, but mentorship is available in both English and Russian.

The pre-incubation provides an overview of the Estonian business environment, business models, team building, marketing, sales, and much more.

You do not need to have an existing company to apply for the pre-incubation program; all innovative and scalable ideas that could be turned into successful businesses are welcome.

During the 2-day pre-incubation event, ideas/teams will be validated to determine who may continue to the incubation program. Applications for the 6-month incubation program are made separately.

Up to 30 participants can join the pre-incubation program. The application deadline is August 18 or until all 30 spots are filled.
