Meet the 14 startups scaling with AI across Europe

Fourteen startups scaling with AI from Estonia, Finland and Sweden are taking part in Growth & Scaling Through AI (GSAI), a programme designed to help ambitious companies accelerate their international growth.

The cohort spans healthcare, education, sports, logistics, forestry, agriculture and digital publishing. While the companies solve very different problems, they share the same challenge: turning strong products into scalable international businesses.

Running from May 2026 to February 2027, GSAI combines expert coaching, practical AI development and international market discovery. Participants also connect with potential clients, investors and partners across the Central Baltic startup ecosystem.

The startups can also collaborate with international student teams from ESCP Business School to identify scalability opportunities and support their market expansion.

Estonia

KULG develops an adaptive training platform for runners and coaches. Using training data, it helps athletes progress sustainably, reach their goals and reduce the risk of injury.

Beyond Code helps lenders, debt collection agencies and utility companies automate debt recovery with AI-powered voice agents, increasing operational capacity while supporting compliant processes.

Grainflow develops AI-powered technology for more efficient grain drying. Its AI Guidance solution optimises dryer performance, helping agricultural businesses reduce costs and improve profitability.

MS Forest combines inventory data, remote sensing and user input in one forest management platform, enabling forest owners and managers to monitor forests and make better-informed decisions.

PocoBit turns company knowledge and internal documents into interactive AI-powered training, helping organisations streamline employee development and improve knowledge retention.

Finland

Aurafleet is an AI-native operating system for road freight companies. It brings workflows and operational data together, translating them into recommendations for more efficient decisions and execution.

Dandelier helps travel businesses automate complex B2B sales processes by combining real-time pricing, availability and supplier collaboration in a single workflow.

Dokport is a digital healthcare platform that reduces administrative work and helps make medical care faster and more accessible. It has already served more than 70,000 patients.

Sinapsia develops TeachersPRO, an AI-powered platform offering teachers personalised learning and practical classroom support based on research and professional collaboration.

Sportribe develops Thril, a sports venue management platform that combines bookings, payments, customer management and marketing. It helps operators simplify their work and increase venue utilisation.

Sweden

Noxit helps mid-sized and large organisations turn strategy into measurable results. Its SaaS platform and advisory services make OKR-based goal management structured, transparent and actionable.

Atjoo develops AI-powered solutions for healthcare and veterinary providers, automating communication and administrative tasks so professionals can devote more time to patient care.

Careifai develops AI tools for psychiatry and neuropsychiatric assessments. By reducing administrative work, its solutions help save specialist time, shorten waiting lists and improve access to care.

Mochi Digital builds software that helps publishers and creators distribute content across platforms. Its products, including Feed Control, enable publishers to reach wider audiences with less technical complexity.

Four sprints, one international growth journey

GSAI takes startups through four intensive sprints across Sweden, Estonia and Finland. After focusing on scalability and market readiness in Gävle, the companies explored responsible AI and developed their first AI roadmaps in Stockholm. The programme will conclude in Salo, where they will refine their scale-up strategies, review their AI development and prepare for investor pitching.

The next stop is the Growth Essentials sprint in Tallinn on 15–16 September 2026. It will help startups turn their AI potential into market success by focusing on the human and operational aspects of scaling: building high-performing teams, sharpening sales processes and developing growth strategies that work across borders.

To guide this process, the sprint brings together three experts combining international experience with practical insight.

Mariliis Uibomäe, a growth marketing strategist with experience in more than 50 countries, will help teams translate their growth ambitions into actionable marketing and AI strategies, moving beyond theory towards real-world traction.

Kalev Kaarna, a former investor and startup coach with deep expertise in sales and positioning, will challenge founders to think beyond niche markets and establish themselves as category leaders.

Stoyan Yankov, a productivity consultant and bestselling author who has mentored hundreds of companies worldwide, will lead a hands-on workshop on building resilient, high-performing teams that can sustain growth and execution under pressure.

Together, the three experts bring a balance of growth marketing, sales expertise and organisational performance, giving the participating startups practical tools they can apply immediately.

Building Europe’s next generation of scale-ups

Throughout GSAI, the 14 companies will test how AI can support their growth, explore new markets and strengthen their international networks. Their industries and technologies may differ, but the goal is shared: to build businesses that can compete and scale across Europe.

The next GSAI cohort is planned to start in spring 2027, with applications expected to open in February 2027.
