The greentech sector’s highlight of the year – GreenEST Summit – is looking for a CEO!

The largest greentech event in the Baltics, GreenEST Summit, is looking for a CEO who gets excited about greentech topics and wants to take this epic event to the next level.

GreenEST Summit is a legendary greentech event that is highly anticipated each year by the experts of this field. It was brought to life by Tehnopol Science and Business Park 4 years ago and now, we are ready to pass the baton to a new CEO. The person will be supported by experts on the field and members of the Board of GreenEST Summit with knowledge and experience that we have gathered throughout the years.

What will be your tasks?

• To assemble a professional and trustworthy team
• To put together and put into practice the new strategy and programme of GreenEST Summit
• To increase the brand awareness internationally
• To lead the event towards the set goals
• To cooperate with the Board and other leaders to reach the goals, plans and policies
• To keep an eye on the financial structure
• To ensure that the event’s mission and goals are sufficiently and reliably funded

In addition, you will keep an eye on the day-to-day tasks of the team, do active sales work (which includes constantly communicating with existing clients and introducing and selling services to new clients) and negotiate with major sponsors. And of course – you will have to organize the best greentech event of the year!

• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic sales’ experience
• Capability to work independently to reach the set goals
• Very good written and oral English skills
• Basic knowledge of how to manage a budget
• Capability to build a team needed to make the event happen, to inspire the team and to set shared goals
