Tehnopol is looking for mentors to support companies expanding to the USA and Brazil

Tehnopol has launched a public procurement to find experienced market experts who can support companies entering and growing in the USA and Brazil.

Selected experts will support companies from Tehnopol’s network with market entry, business development, sales, and identifying relevant opportunities in the target market. We are looking for mentors with a proven track record in these areas, along with strong local market knowledge and an active professional network in their respective market.

Relevant focus areas include health tech, defence and dual-use, AI, deep tech, and digital technologies, including solutions in the green and circular economy, film and media, and smart city sectors.

Mentoring will take place primarily online, with in-person support included where relevant, particularly when a company is visiting the target market and meetings with potential clients or partners are being arranged.

There is no strict requirement for mentors to be based in the USA or Brazil, but applicants must demonstrate strong local market knowledge and an active professional network in the respective country. Being based in the target market will be considered an advantage.

The workload is up to 40 hours of mentoring per company. Mentors will be matched with companies based on their needs, and no minimum number of hours is guaranteed.

Framework agreements will remain valid until 31 December 2028 or until the maximum budget is reached. The maximum budget is €120,000 for Lot 1 (USA) and €76,000 for Lot 2 (Brazil).

Applications must be submitted through the Estonian Public Procurement Register by 8 May 2026 at 15:00 (EEST / UTC+3).
