Women entrepreneurs invited to apply for the Women TechEU programme

The Women TechEU programme is aimed at early-stage deep-tech companies founded or co-founded by women who hold a leadership position in the company.

Each selected company will receive a €75,000 funding, as well as the opportunity to participate in a six-month business development programme, including personalised mentoring and coaching, training, connections with investors and large corporations, and networking opportunities. Women TechEU aims to help women-led deep-tech companies reach the next stage of their development and grow into internationally competitive technology companies.

The Women TechEU programme operates as a continuously open call for applications, with four evaluation deadlines in total in 2026–2027. The application process takes place in two stages: first, the company’s eligibility is assessed, and if it meets the requirements, the company can submit a full application. The final deadline for the eligibility check is 14 June 2027, and the final deadline for submitting a full application is 8 July 2027. More information is available here.

Women TechEU information sessions will take place on 15 September 2026 (registration is needed, will be open soon), 10 November 2026, 12 January 2027, 16 March 2027, and 4 May 2027. Recordings of previous information sessions are available here. The information sessions are intended for potential applicants who would like to gain a better understanding of the programme requirements, application process, and how to prepare a successful application before applying.
