A nine-month scaleup programme designed to support startups in expanding to new international markets by strategically integrating artificial intelligence into their business operations.
GSAI – AI growth programme for startups
Growth and Scaling through AI (GSAI) is a nine-month AI growth programme that helps startups adopt artificial intelligence strategically and prepare for international growth. The programme focuses on developing each company’s business model and value proposition while identifying practical opportunities for applying AI.
With expert support, participating companies can assess where the use of artificial intelligence could create the greatest value. This process includes mapping AI opportunities, evaluating data quality and potential risks, and identifying the steps required to implement the solution. The goal is to develop a realistic AI implementation plan that supports business growth and goes beyond a purely theoretical concept.
The programme also helps companies refine their growth and market-entry strategies. Target-market discovery missions allow participants to assess demand, build new connections and prepare to enter their first or next European Union market. Teams can also improve their investor pitch and receive feedback from international experts.
Who Should Apply to the GSAI AI growth programme?
The GSAI growth programme is designed for startups founded within the past five years that have achieved initial product-market fit in their home market and are ready to enter their next stage of growth. Applicants should have a clear hypothesis for how AI could enhance their product, service or business model.
The programme is suitable for companies with the ambition to expand internationally and the willingness to test new solutions. Participants should have access to relevant customer or implementation data, an active and committed team, and an interest in attracting international investment.
GSAI is more than an AI training programme. This practical AI growth programme combines AI adoption, business model development, international expansion and investment readiness. By the end of the programme, participating companies will have a clearer AI implementation plan, a stronger value proposition and greater readiness to enter new markets.
The next round of applications will open in February 2027.
