Meet the new teams of the Film and Multimedia Accelerator
The fourth cohort of the Tehnopol Startup Incubator’s Film and Multimedia Accelerator IDA Hub program has kicked off with five new ambitious teams.
The Film and Multimedia Accelerator focuses on developing multimedia, virtual and augmented reality, storytelling platforms, and other digital solutions that support the film industry and creative sector. The program not only supports technology-driven ideas but also connects participants with industry experts, providing direct access to key figures in the film industry, the market, and investors. This creates a unique opportunity to develop a product or service in a field where innovation and creativity meet cutting-edge technology.
The teams in the IV cohort are:
- FilmLink – connects film crews and location/service providers on a single platform to simplify film production management.
- Smartsound – develops an AI-powered audio processing software called AuraLis, which uses sound classification and noise reduction technologies to capture clear sound on film sets, reduce background noise, and monitor and log audio in real time.
- StudioStack – builds an app that automates workflows for filmmakers and freelancers, helping them manage invoices, budgets, and projects without spreadsheets or paperwork.
- SyncHub – develops a platform that simplifies music licensing and connects artists, record labels, and publishers with advertising agencies, game developers, filmmakers, and other creators.
- IRIS – Virtual Casting Director – creates an AI-based tool that modernizes and streamlines the casting process, making actors’ journeys less isolated and better guided, while improving collaboration between producers, directors, and actors.
