For developers: NB-IoT Technical seminar

Electronic components distributor Nostris organizes a technical workshop on NB-IoT which will take place in Technopolis Ülemiste on 9th of October. The main topic is about features of the use of cellular modules in a modern NB IoT network. Nostris, SIMCOM, specialists of Elisa and 1oT will present and discuss benefits of NB-IoT network for Internet of Things and operation of the NB IoT network in cities.

SIMCom representative will share insights and technical recommendations for modern LPWA and other connectivity modules.

Elisa’s Head of PS Core & VAS Tarvo Jammer will discuss about principles of the operator’s network operation – available modes, technologies and data exchange organization.

Specialists from 1oT will focus on eSIM architecture, and challenges you may face in eSIM + NB-IoT combination. Requirements for SIM cards – the format in which they will be issued, whether in the form of chips, compatibility with a 2G network for multisystem modules.
