Challenge to companies at the campus: Every step you take (counts)

Tehnopol is inviting all companies at the campus to participate in a 30-day step count challenge that starts on May 16!

By the end of this challenge, we hopefully have a very clear understanding on how many steps it takes to take a tour round the campus and which company needs to offer their employees sneaker bonuses because their shoes have been through a lot!

How to participate:

• Put together a team (up to 4 people) and select a name for the team (PS: the more members your team has, the likelier it is to win the top team prize since you have better odds of making more steps than a team with 2 members)
• Download FitSphere app (https://thefitsphere.com/)
• Make sure that FitSphere has access to either Google Fit or Apple Health, since these bad boys make sure that no steps go missing
• Insert your team’s name before your first name in the app (the team’s name can also be your company’s name, yet if there are more than one team participating from your company, then you need separate team names)
• To find Tehnopol’s challenge “Iga samm loeb!” under FitSphere’s private challenges’ category, and to join the challenge, ask for a special code by sending an e-mail to turundus@tehnopol.ee
• Join the challenge and let the walking begin!
• Don’t forget to convert your steps into points every day! (you can do this with just one click on FitSphere app’s main page). Why? First, then your steps are automatically moved to the leader board and second, there are many things you can do with points in FitSphere app

You can join the challenge during the 30-day period, yet the sooner you do it (and the bigger team you have), the more steps you’ll get!

The most active teams and individuals will get prizes, but do not fret if you won’t make a gigantic amount of steps – we also have lottery prizes from Tehnopol and FitSphere! So absolutely every participant who reaches the goal has a chance to win something. We will give out the prizes on June 16 at the campus’ summer starter party.
