Workshop: Interpreting the Customer

Are you an ICT startup looking to bring a new idea or process to market?

Come and join the workshop „Interpreting the Customer“ on 17 January from 10am to 2pm at Tehnopol (Teaduspargi 6/1, room Saturn).

The key theme of this workshop is innovation as a process. New methodologies for interpreting the customer will be introduced and tools for capturing customer needs will be provided.

During this workshop, you will:

  • learn best practice for conducting interviews and receive customer inputs
  • learn how to structure this input into jobs-to-be-done to identify opportunities
  • have the tools to independently assess and structure customer input

The workshop is free of charge, however, registration is required. Find out more and register here: https://bit.ly/2zQh8RF

This workshop is organised by CIVITTA. We have a long-standing history in working with innovation and helping early-stage ideas scale to the market through various programs, most notably Estonia’s largest entrepreneurship competition – Ajujaht.

This workshop is organised within MERLIN project.

MERLIN (Methodologies for Researcher Led Innovations) will support market-oriented researchers, SMEs and start-ups across Europe, to consider the full potential of their research and to shape ideas and outputs into innovations to be ready for market validation and commercialisation, by using modern needs-first, market-led methodologies.
