Tehnopol X Rakett69 – Campus Science Day

Get ready because Tehnopol Campus Day is approaching once again – this time we will celebrate scientists and the importance of science in general. So, Tehnopol Campus Science Day takes place on November 10, 2022, which is also World Science Day.  

Rakett69, an Estonian science competition show, challenges Tehnopol campus’ companies to test their logic, skills and knowledge. Can experienced technology entrepreneurs, engineers and scientists solve challenges as quickly as young science enthusiasts? Put together a team and come test your skills! The best teams will receive eternal fame, glory and awesome prizes!

Sounds exciting? In order to solve the challenges, put together a team of 4, register your team here and come to Tehnopol’s main building on November 10 (room Saturn). The number of teams is limited, so hurry up!

Hobby scientists have a chance to cheer their colleagues or campus mates on the spot or online (the event will be broadcasted in Tehnopol’s and Rakett69’s social media channels). But those who join us on the spot, get to enjoy Kooker’s pancakes and refreshing drinks.

The event takes place on November 10 from 13-15 at Tehnopol Science and Business Park (room Saturn).

World Science Day for Peace and Development 2022

World Science Day for Peace and Development was proclaimed by the UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in 2001. The Day highlights the significant role of science in society and the need to engage the wider public in debates on emerging scientific issues. It also underlines the importance and relevance of science in daily living.

This year the theme is Basic Sciences for Sustainable Development.
