Workshop: Interpreting the Customer

Come and join the workshop „Interpreting the Customer“ on 17 January from 10am to 2pm at Tehnopol (Teaduspargi 6/1, room Saturn).
The key theme of this workshop is innovation as a process. New methodologies for interpreting the customer will be introduced and tools for capturing customer needs will be provided.
During this workshop, you will:
- learn best practice for conducting interviews and receive customer inputs
- learn how to structure this input into jobs-to-be-done to identify opportunities
- have the tools to independently assess and structure customer input
