Deep tech startups and investment readiness

The aim of Tehnopol Startup Incubator is to help technology-based startups to grow and reach the wide world. For that reason we participate in many projects that help us reach this goal. This event is part of the Scale-Up Champions project.

What does it take to get successfully through a VC investment? And how to go about it if you are searching for investments/startups beyond national borders? That is some of the questions we are exploring in this episode of the Scale-up Champions webinar series.

Two experienced investors will share their best do’s and dont’s – tips in this practical insight on how to go through a process of preparing for investment capital in deep tech startups.

The debate will be moderated by DTU Skylab’s Incubator manager Kristoffer Buch, who work with deep tech startups seeking investment on a daily basis.

You will discover perspectives from two serial entrepreneurs, both with a proven track record for starting and building businesses from idea stage, and exploring new markets: entrepreneur turned investor Rainer Sternfeld, and startup advisor & mentor Teit Knudsen. Both speakers will be joined by a moderator – Maciej Nowak, innovation facilitator guiding companies to figure out the path to new services, products and processes.

Together, they will explore the state of the deep tech industry in the EU now and what it might be in the future. They will discuss the current threats and challenges the industry faces, as well as explore the upcoming opportunities.
